Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced fabricators on job sites to gain practical experience.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project execution.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

• Prepare tools and equipment for fabrication tasks.

• Ensure tools are in optimal condition and ready for use.

• Pull welding leads from the trailer and set up welding equipment.

• Utilize grinders and other tools to smooth and finish metal surfaces.

• Must be able to lift heavy steel components and materials.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when handling large and heavy objects.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a passion for metalwork are essential.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

• Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job.

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
